BYS is governed by a 19-member voluntary board of directors and administered by a full time professional executive director. |

Clinical treatment services address the special needs of severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents, and their families. |

Care and focused attention is given in admissions, to assure the program and service offerings of BYS are appropriate and sufficient for the needs of the children selected. |
