Phyllis Palmer

Phyllis Palmer, is Butterfield Youth Services Admissions Coordinator. Phyllis' primary responsibility is to assist persons seeking BYS' services, and to oversee and facilitate the intake needs assessment and admissions processes.

Phyllis is also responsible for conducting aftercare follow-up, to determine outcomes of BYS services, examining subsequent client conditions in comparison to presenting critical conditions at each respective BYS admission.
