BYS Education

Butterfield Youth Services provides alternative school services for Severely Emotionally Disturbed children and adolescents, and coordinates the activities and progress of each student with the Marshall Public Schools and/or respective the home school district of each. The Educational Services at BYS are designed especially to assist children to help children in residential treatment, to regain personal success in school and to productively re-enter public school education. BYS school is also designed to serve surrounding Area School Districts, to prevent the necessity for removal of other children from their homes and home communities because of serious presenting behavior problems.

BYS School and related services are managed and directed by Susie Bishop, MS, BYS Education Services Director.
