BYS Information Management

Information Management is functional component of Butterfield Youth Services' management pertaining to BYS computer operations. Related functions include electronic storage and retrieval of information (including business related, client related, and personnel related information), assessment and reporting of service outcomes, and software operation serving a wide array of business management operations.

Computer Network Management: Becci Baker is a long term employee of over 29 years, having worked in a variety of business office capacities since 1979. Becci's work has focused in the private support area with the responsibility of keeping up to date records of all donor support to BYS, which of course is a computer assisted process today. Since 1999, Becci has specialized as BYS' computer Network Manager. She is responsible for the daily operation and internal management of BYS' network of over 61 computer, serving the widest range of BYS business, development, and client service functions. Becci assists personnel with software installation and operation, conducts in-service training, manages BYS utilization of contracted technical support services as needed, and leads ongoing assessment and planning processes to identify technical upgrades as needed.
