The North Ranch for Girls
Established in 1976, with a generous estate gift from the will of Warrene Williams, this century old home was renovated and enlarged with additions made by BYS. The additions expanded the dining room and kitchen areas of the house, and added to the number of sleeping rooms available. The North Ranch is situated on two acres of land and includes a large yard, a raised-bed garden area, and a recreation room separate from the main building. It has a distinctive family atmosphere with a charming fireplace and wooden staircase and is located in an established community neighborhood.
The North Ranch is classified as a Severe Needs (Level III) facility for girls. This Ranch currently serves nine adolescent females.
