Matching Gift Program

Double your donation with a Matching Gift.

If you are an employee or retired employee of a company that matches charitable donations you can double or sometimes triple your donation at BYS. Thousands of companies provide either a matching gift or double the gift to charities supported by employees of the company.

The process is simple. Get a matching gift form from your company's human resources department. Complete your part of the form and send it with your check to BYS. When we get the form, we will complete our part and return it to your company. They will mail a check to us for the same amount you donated or in some cases they will double your amount.

Sometimes there is a minimum and maximum amount that will be matched. You get credit on your donor records at BYS that you made possible additional matching funds. A matching gift allows you to direct your company's philanthropic dollars to BYS.

If you are not sure if your company does matching gifts, we can find out for you. Just give us the full name of your company and we will let you know if they match gifts. Company matching gifts is a great way to increase your support to BYS.
