Services Offered by Butterfield
Whereas BYS provides an array of different Programs, for the various and changing needs of the children, the supporting services are designed to span all of the programs. Accordingly, at BYS the services "follow the child" as he or she progresses from one program to another. Ongoing services by familiar adults, assures an important continuity of support and encouragment for each child.
BYS now serves 80 - 85 children at any time

specialized and provided continuously in all programs, with overnight awake childcare in all residential facilities |
| Educational Services : |
include the on grounds BYS School and education liaison with community public schools |
| Recreation Therapy : |
encourages constructive use of leisure time, positive self expression, and positive relationship building |
| Art Therapy : |

| Physical Health : |
and medical services address the full range of special medical conditions of the children in all BYS programs, as well as routine examinations, preventive health care, health related education, medication management, and care for day-to-day child illnesses and accident |
